Senior Consultant – Business Process Improvement

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to be a part of our IT Consulting team. This will be an opportunity to learn and grow your knowledge of various industries while transforming our client’s business needs into process improvements.

The Consultant will be responsible for the review, evaluation, re-design, and improvement of business processes that ensures the outcomes are optimized and efficient.

We are looking for individuals who have the required skills to understand the Client’s Business requirements in detail along with the perseverance to ensure the same requirements are successfully addressed. You shall be working closely on different projects with the Head of Consulting and will be responsible for managing a team of junior consultants.


  • Review and document existing business processes (as-is mapping) by creating flowcharts, process maps, or other visualization tools to represent the steps involved in each process.
  • Measure process performance through data analysis.
  • Understand and document pain areas of existing processes.
  • Identify areas of improvement in processes using process improvement methodology (Lean) concepts to identify and remove irrelevant ones.
  • Facilitate the rollout of process improvement activities.
  • Contribute to processes Re/Design.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the improved processes.
  • Ensure that the improved processes continually meet business objectives.
  • Document and update procedures and policies where applicable
  • Ensure stakeholders buy in to the change process and ensure that they are kept up to date.

Role Requirements

  • Excellent presentation skills with solid interaction, communication, and collaboration skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience of using process mapping tools and concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multiple engagements.
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally on different service line projects.

Desired Profile

  • 7+years of relevant experience (cross-industry experience preferred).
  • Master’s degree in business administration or similar.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or similar.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently across all levels of an organization.
  • Client focused and pragmatic solution finder.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in other languages would be a plus.
