Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to be a part of our Admin & Client Service team. This is a great opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team and clients.

We are looking for individuals who have the required skills to understand the client’s business and our services. The candidate should also have a good understanding of basic accounting and should be organized.

Role Requirements

  • Assure the best client services and on-time response and action.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries.
  • Manage client transactions, invoicing and follow up on payments.
  • Good communication skills with regards to face-to-face interactions, handling incoming & outgoing calls, chats, emails etc.
  • Collaborates with all departments ensuring good teamwork.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage partners’ calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Handle client complaints and feedback with proficiency, as well as being organized, detail-oriented, and an effective problem solver.

Desired Profile

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience. Freshers who meet most of the requirements will also be considered.
  • Excellent English verbal & written communication skills.
  • Excellent client service skills. Ability to handle high-profile clients with poise and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient problem solving and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented, with accurate data entry skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in accounting would be an asset.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve, while also being a team player.
